Ashford University is an accredited private university based in Iowa. Ashford University Blackboard also founded in 1918 that offers bachelor, master and doctorate degrees in liberal arts, sciences and businesses.
To accommodate the needs of individuals aiming to complete their bachelor degree without letting go of their career or other obligations, Ashford University Online also offers online bachelor degree programs in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Social and Criminal Justice and Social Science with an Education concentration.
Courses at Ashford University are fast-paced and intense, with classes running for five to six weeks. Students are enrolled in one class at a time and move on to a new one right after it finishes. This allows students to finish their online bachelor degree in the course of two years or less, which is very convenient and time saving. On the downside, students may risk the chance to fall behind if they are not able to keep up with the pace.
To support their online courses, Ashford University utilizes a learning portal called the Ashford University Blackboard where students login twice a week to download learning materials, communicate with their instructors and discuss topics with classmates. Books are available from the university’s online shop at competitive prices.
To enroll at Ashford University online bachelor degree program, applicants are only required to have a high school diploma. While this provides equal opportunities for all individuals, it also means that some students may lack the skills needed for university education.
On the plus side, tuition fee at Ashford University Online is less expensive than most other online schools. Financial aids are also available in the form of grant or loan.
Overall, Ashford University is a good value for money and a great alternative for pursuing an online bachelor degree. As any other educational institutions, it does possess weaknesses in some aspects. However, its strengths overcome these weaknesses and qualify Ashford University Online as a recommended place for fulfilling one’s dream for completing an online bachelor degree.

I think that Ashford University is a great place to earn doctorate degrees online because it is open for all. Many students nowadays cannot afford to go to university or colleges because the tuition fee is expensive and therefore, they took on jobs right after graduating from high school. It was only a couple of years of working before they can go to the university and get a degree while others are too uncomfortable to study again. I hope that many universities will offer online degrees so that it would be easier for working individuals to finish their courses in time without having to worry about being older in a physical classroom setup.
